1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using the RTF888 platform in any way, you hereby agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and RTF888 ("Platform").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the RTF888 platform. Continued use of our platform following any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the rtf888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not be located in a country or region where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by local law.
• Never have had a rtf888 account previously closed due to a breach of terms or fraud.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

RTF888 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements above. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 New Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account at RTF888. During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being closed and all balances forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

RTF888 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to security and compliance. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• A valid copy of your identity card or passport.
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

First withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain limits require successful KYC verification before funds are processed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. 4Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit

4.2 Withdrawal

All withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by the RTF888 finance team. Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method and the member's VIP tier. Platinum and Diamond VIP members enjoy faster processing priority.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated.

• Withdrawal requests made while an account investigation is in progress will be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.

5Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by RTF888 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each respective offer. These terms include but are not limited to wagering requirements, validity period, eligible games, and withdrawal limits.

5.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Bonus wagering requirements refer to the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus value before making a withdrawal.

• Only qualifying bets will count towards fulfilling wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Claims

Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is considered abuse and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the RTF888 platform use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and randomness of game outcomes. The result of each game is final and cannot be disputed.

• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical issue during a game, the affected spin or round will be voided and the wager returned to the member's account.
• RTF888 reserves the right to void winnings resulting from a clear software or technical error.
• Betting limits are as specified within each game and may vary according to the member's VIP level.

For live casino games, members are required to conduct themselves respectfully toward the dealer and other members. Inappropriate language or disruptive behavior may result in suspension of access to live games.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the RTF888 platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or interfere with the platform.
• Colluding with other members to exploit games or the bonus system.
• Transferring funds through suspicious methods or those linked to illegal activities.
• Hacking attempts, system intrusions, or interference with RTF888 infrastructure.
• Spreading false or misleading information about RTF888 to the public.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.

8Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your RTF888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any withdrawable balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to wagering requirements and completed KYC verification.

8.2 Closure by RTF888

RTF888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reporting of fraudulent behaviour or system exploitation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

RTF888's maximum liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount you have placed into your account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
